I thought CBS only covers AFC games. How would Romo have been assigned to a Rams-Cards game?

It used to be until this year that two AFC teams were on CBS and two NFC teams were on FOX and when a NFC team plays at a AFC team Fox carried the game and visa versa but this year with all the games being rescheduled and both FOX and CBS are to have an equal number of early and late Sunday games over the course of the season, so it's probably to even out those totals.
