Wow
Look at the size of that thing at the middle of his lower left eyelid.
Yuck
I didn't realize that he has contacts, but that might be the case.

eye infection just below the eyelid...similar to pink eye without the discoloration, but you can still have puss and such coming out. Makes your eyes itchy and watery and you need to sit with a hot compress on your eye to try to calm it down.

Not an overly serious eye infection, overall. But if not treated, it could linger.

I've had many if you hadn't noticed. lol

I had this two months ago. It's not terrible. It's a bit annoying. Wait until it pops. You can squeeze that sucker like a lemon and watch the puss squirt out. Lots of fun.

I knew it! Damn DirecTV!

He must have touched something after Eli did and then rubbed his eye!

Ive never had a stye before, can you just pop that thing and it goes away or is it one of those things where you just have to let it run its course?

depends, all the ones I have gotten i had to let them run their course no more than a couple of days as the inflammation decreases. I do not wear contacts so that can be an added issue.

It's not a pimple you can bust. Just gotta let it run its course. It's a day to day thing. He can wake up tomorrow with a closed, crusted eye from all the puss crust, but the stye is gone.

I've had many. If its near the eyelid margin (stye, usually caused by bacterial infection) then doing some warm compresses should get it to drain naturally in a few days. If its further away from the eyelid margin (chalazion, caused by blockage of oil gland or a stye that didn't heal properly) warm compresses may not work and an ophthalmologist can perform an excision. I've had several excisions to get rid of these things, they flip the eyelid and make a slight excision and scoop out the buildup. The procedure is fairly quick, the eyelid is swollen for a couple days but your pretty much good to go the next day. Just have to keep doing warm compresses and putting antibacterial ointment in your eye daily for a couple weeks.

Stye's are a common infection to those who spend a little too much time in Cabo. Usually those who are a little on the heavy side are the most vulnerable. Nothing that 18 holes cant cure.

Not true.

I had a huge one when I was younger. Turned eyelid inside out, stuck a needle in the midddle till it burst, pus gushed out (alot) washed eye thoroughly, and that was that.

They were acting like this meant he wasn't tough and should have still been practicing on NFL Network earlier... after playing with broken ribs, punctured lungs, and a broken back... aren't you sort of immune from that sort of criticism?

Let's just hope that infection doesn't spread from his eye to his back -- lol.
