I remember watching that game and knowing that Bledsoe was going to screw it up. I was just happy that Sam Madison didn't take it back to the house while we were in the red zone. I also remember being impressed at how hard Tony went at the defender after he threw an interception.

For those that want to reminisce.
That was right after Bledsoe threw an interception in the end zone with a poor decision if I remember correctly. I have a very distinct memory of the camera showing Parcells' shocked reaction to that throw and thought. "Oh my God, he's gonna pull Bledsoe!" You could see on his face that he didn't want to, but had to. He knew he was effectively ending Bledsoe's career right there and it showed on his face.

Thanks. I might have to watch that one again, not for the bobbled snap but to see why we, again, couldn't take advantage of a free agent postman in the secondary. :(
I said pretty much the same thing about two weeks ago. We should have ripped Seattle tru the air, but Parcells got all conservative thinking that he had the NYG defense with him. Seattle was there for the taking with those db's that they threw out there. Romo's pass to Witten at the goal line also got an infamously crazy lousy spot, instead of 1st and goal at the 1 we had to go for the FG and that's that.

Good luck, some of these homers still act like it's the early 90's. Romo threads will be around for at least another year or two.

What if, what if Dak has a sophmore slump? Can't wait to see the "we should have tried harder to keep Romo as a back up, Jerry messed it up again. We coukd have won the Super Bowl"!
Not gonna happen.

Really? Because after his first loss it started and then became pretty quiet until after the GB loss. I wouldn't put it past some people here. For the record I'm not one of them. I thought it was ridiculous.

All the Romo love must really get to you. And I love it. Watching the haters get owned day in and day out.

Why would it get to anyone?

Romo was great and now his time is up. We have a better player to replace him. Win win in my opinion.

But I have a great question for the Romo lover/apologist like you.

How must if feel that you were dead wrong about DAk and Romo got kicked to the curb? I recall going out on a limb in like game 4 last year and saying that Romo would never start another game for the Cowboys. Its seems like the only guys still crying are guys like you.

I was at Romo's first start. I remember looking at the other fans saying I'm just not sure. I was wrong.

None of us were sure. We found out the next week that we had a QB that at least gave us more than a fighting chance, he could win games for us. People forget the depression we were in prior to Romo. Bledsoe, Testeverde, Hutchinson, Leaf, Henson, and Carter. Let those names sink in.

Of all the teams to sneak in under a titled/scheduled Cowboys replay, they shove the Steelers down our throats? Man that ticks me off! I already emailed NFL network complaints over this garbage!

It was all a part of the Rooney funeral.

Romo's first start..."THERE GOES THE *** SEASON!!" I was watching the game with a close friend at the time, he was more of a casual fan and didn't quite know what to think.

A month later I owned his jersey, I gave in pretty quick.

Getting really sick of all the Romo threads. Good riddance to ya. We have the real deal now... Dak. :)
One of my favorite pastimes is dribbling a basketball on the beltline. You should go try it.
