Just kidding........or am I? What say you?
Asking that here?
I was one that was ABSOLUTELY against Dak staying as the starter. I hated the decision. It seemed to rash from my opinion. However, you can't pull Dak. This the bed you made, sleep in it.
It's a legitimate question. Do you start Romo next week?
I wouldn't, and I love Romo.
Like I said in other threads...
We need coaches to help our QBs against press coverage and blitz schemes.
It's how we always get beat it seems. Even Romo has had awful games against teams that do this same thing.
It isn't a real question in reality. The coaches aren't even thinking it.
The question maybe asked if we play them again.
We won't win in the playoffs with the hot mess we have put out there the last two weeks.
I would not start Romo next week but if the team strings together a couple of more of these poor offensive outings I would get him ready.
Jerry probably is.
Need wrs to make plays. Not slip and cause ints or fumble away games.
30+ point lead or Dak gets hurt.
The only way Romo gets playing time.
We're all very proud.
I start Dak next week, he has earned that, but pull him if he continues to play like he has the last few weeks.
I wouldn't start him next week. But if Dak plays this bad next week? You can bet your *** Romo would be my guy for the rest of the season.
lol. ROMO ROMO ROMO is worse at his age with any pass rush in his face.
I'll give Dak the Bucs game.
And the Bucs secondary is EVERYWHERE!! This game might be a picnic compared to the Bucs defense
You have a super bowl here
BS, if Dak struggles against TB, you replace him. Its one thing that he is the only QB on the roster and his back up has no "skins on the wall" but you have Romo most of the guys here know what Romo can do. If this team is as "selfless" as they say then it is a non-issue. Sorry egos have no place here when you are having a "special" season.
Only way Dak gets pulled is if he literally ***** the bed like he did tonight all the way down the end of the season...
It is a real question, I've been a football coach for 29 years, and regardless of what the average fan thinks, EVERY job really is on the line every week. There is a lot at stake here. Whatever it takes. That being said, I give Dak the benefit of the doubt, but I think his rope is getting shorter.
