I sure wish that he would not, "pass on that one". I would let Garrett walk and hire Tony on the spot. Sight unseen, no experience coaching, no worries in my estimation. Yeah it is a risk, but a risk I would take.

I'm not sure he would be willing to put in the time needed to be a HC. He didn't even like to get into shape prior to training camps....even in years coming off an injury.
