Romo to play in Byron Nelson

Romo has accepted a sponsors exemption. He’s playing as an Amateur.

This is the second year it’s going to be played at Trinity Forest south of Dallas where Tony is a member.

This will be the second PGA Tour event for the 38- year old Romo who played last year in a sponsors exemption in Dominican Republic where he missed the cut with a 77 and 82.

Romo won the American Championship celebrity event last July.
