Roger is Captain America for more than just the fact that he Quarterbacked the Dallas Cowboys.

I love Tony Romo, and I think the comic things are funny, but he's not Captain America.

I just dont think a name or a number sums up the career of a player like Roger, Irvin, Troy or any other great football player. I dont think the name means anything more then what it says captain of americas team. And the reason I used it for this is because Captain America was a comicbook hero and It is a short comic strip...
People are to up tight about the names and numbers of players. Calling Romo captain america or miles austin the playmaker doesnt take away or disrespect what those players have done. It is stupid to think it does. Those players are not comming out on to the field anymore. Romo is. And romo is under WAYYYYY more scrutinty then Roger or Troy ever had to endure.
