I think the Bears defence will be a tired bunch next week as Dallas actually has a offence unlike the Bears...Grossman will throw a bunch of picks next week and the Boys will cruise...Chicago isnt as good as their hype at the start of the year, its going to be great when they drop to 1-3 in front of the Soldier Field idiots.......

Let me explain something to everyone, The Bears will be UP for this game because the MEDIA will talk about the Cowboys all week. So that will be the motivating factor right there, and on top of the that, the game is on Sunday Night in front of the entire country. Please don't think this game is going to be a cakewalk

I disagree with that statement. If they were playing the Cardinals next week you are telling me that would be a MEASURING STICK to determine how good Romo is??

Every game is a measuring stick. Even if Romo has a great game against the Bears, he still will have to prove himself the next game and the next etc. It is not going to stop with the Bears game.

Do you think they weren't UP for their home opener against the Cheifs in which they proceeded to play like dog crap?

Romo regularly eluded pass rushing Dolphins, threw well, and even tossed a TD pass to Curtis while dancing the limbo.

He can perform against anybody. I'm not concerned about him vs. the Bears.

The Bears are a big test to the OL. And to the RBs. But if the OL and RBs do their jobs, Romo will be just fine.

Our special teams better be prepared to have a great game. That Hester is a deadly return man, and Chicago's special teams are a strong point of their team dating to last season. Their special teams accounted for several of their wins last seasons as well as today's game.

Plus, the Bears thrive on stripping the ball. They go for the strip before the tackle. They hold the ball carriers up until help arrives and then try desperately to strip the ball.

Through 2 games now they have given up 24 points, and have 7 sacks, 2 INT's, 2 Fumble recoveries and 2 blocked FG's

Lot of the posters on here think the Bears defense is something silly and I'm old enough to know better

All I have to say is their defence better score some points as I dont have much if any faith in Rex Grossman to lead many scoring drives.... I still say the Boys will win the game by 10 or more points

Rex Grossman actually has pretty good games against crappy secondaries.....and Dallas has a crappy secondary last time I looked.

The KEY to beating the Bears is:

Don't fumble! They get so many turnovers on strips. Just go down and don't try to get a few extra yards. I swear, they get a t/o a game this way and that's a huge difference

An SB defense that just so happen to get ripped apart in the Super Bowl. Bring on Adam Archuleta.

Hunter Hillenmeyer still has nightmares about Larry Allen from the 2003 game.
a SB defense that just happens to have been missing Tommie Harris and Mike Brown 2 of the best at their position. although brown is again out for the year they still will have harris who is a freakin beast...

I think this will be a good test for Jason Garrett.

How will he adjust to what the Bears do?
What weaknesses will he try to exploit?

I really want to see how we do against the Bears and the Pats. Good proving games for Romo and Garrett.

I don't live in "Chicago" as I said. I live in central Illinois. The Cowboys are like the Yankees man. You either lovem or hatem there really isn't any gray area at all. Maybe I hear it more since I'm a vocal Cowboy supporter, but my guess that's not totally the reason.

Trust me I hate the Bears, but I know what a damn good defense is when I see one. The Bears have one. They consistently cause TO's and people rarely score on them. I agree they play in a horrible horrible division, but I've watched their D beat up good teams. I'm not saying they're unstoppable, but they will get after the QB, strip the ball, and cause INT's. It's not a fluke because they've done it for a couple years now.

The Bears Defense is nothing to joke about and they don't give up a lot of touchdowns when it MATTERS. I hope Romo plays well and don't make any mistakes and show cowboys fans he can perform against good defenses. Even if the Cowboys do lose, its better to be 2-1 instead of 1-2 which is why today's game was sch a big win. Next week will tell it all

Actually, I think the biggest game of his career was last season in the playoffs. This is a regular season game in week three.

I'm convinced that Romo is the real deal. I expect he will have a bad game here or there all QB's do but I have seen enough to know that the guy can make the throws he needs to make, he has shown great leadership with this offensive unit and does not fold in the face of pressure. His players believe in him and I believe in him as well.

I disagree.

His biggest test is coming october 14th, the pats will exploit any weakness he has and the team has. It will be the toughest test for our offensive line and to me what seems an impossible challenge to our secondary.

That game may get ugly, I hope we are in a good spot going into that game.

The good thing is they will most likely roll all four east teams fairly easily so it will even out.
