.15 is like 7 beers in 2 hours. Anyone with with a bit of a tolerance isn't affected that much. Still illegal and he should have known better.

And if he had it measured at the time of his stop it would have been higher....maybe in the .20 range....thats pretty hammered...im pretty surprised he did as well as he did on the tests

First of all that's not the case all the time Eat your last drink was 30 minutes ago it's going up not down It it just depends on when his last drink was and by the way I'm not opening up the story but I don't believe that for a minute I don't even think they drew blood or he blew because he refused it at the scene and by the way he does not look like a guy who was twice the legal limit I heard the whole interview he did not wobble and trip over himself he did not look waste it like we would say double the legal limit would make you almost blacked out in most people even if he was a regular drinker i'm not getting into this we did this already twice It doesn't matter he took responsibility he's paying the price it's time to move on he didn't commit a crime which somebody else was hurt..


Let's talk about Tiger Woods and how this is his 3rd incident and he got about five times the punishment let's talk about Tiger Woods I know he's not an ex cowboy but if we wanna do this how about Brett Favre and all these other guys You know how many players or coaches have had DUI in the NFL probably too many to count the list would go a mile long this is not something to talk about because no one was injured in this case I don't care who could have been injured he did not look that drunk to me...


But these stories are gonna keep getting brought up i'm just gonna keep citing examples a far worse problems and I find it ironic that someone like Rashee Rice whether he was sober or not with the Kansas City actually got in an accident ran from the police committed a felony and didn't really get this much attention I remember that I remember people getting in accidents flipping cars that's Tiger Woods flip this car this is the guy who got stopped that seems surprised he got stopped and seemed yes he might have had a buzz but he did not seem drunk I watched him walk and talk and I think we're making too big a deal out of it.


He took his punishment like a man he came out and spoke in hide it's time to just put this to bed has nothing to do with football nothing to do with current Cowboys there's nothing to really talk about..

yeah, i am not giving additional criticism to romo, and agree he owned it and it was dumb. I wish these guys would learn....I am an SVP at a bank, no where near the comparision to a national broadcaster, but I am always very cautious as I could lose everything with a bad decision....


Prime example is my wife and i are having a date night on Sat - i want to drive my vette so I will abstain from drinking or will just have the zero alchol beer while she drinks wine. If i had a strong desire to drink we would uber.

Not a chance in the world i would get in a car and drive after drinking. period. For me, the risk is just too much and the availability of ride share is just too prevalent.

This is America - and people are free to make their own choices, good or bad, and i am firmly against some of the tech they are talking about with disabling cars if the driver doesnt validate they are under the legal limit. Also, I am firmly for forgiveness and understanding especially with a situation where someone takes accountabilty.

I hope he learns, and maybe there are people out there that have seen it and have learned vicariously through his experience.
