Jerry needs to pay him what ever is required to keep him.

Jerry can pay him head coach money to be a coordinator if he wants. Who might win over money, but money talks.

If you are the Dallas DC that’s a lot easier job and a lot less volatile than a head coaching gig, if the money is the same.

well, we know Jones' boys don't like to pay out money if they can avoid it, so we Keep McCarthy so that we don't have to pay his salary while he doesn't work for us. Quinn leaves, finds success in a normal organization. while we stick to Moore and MC combination for another couple of years. I mean all you have to do is look at Garrett. we were about a .500 team and he just kept going with him. he fired Wade mid season because it was a disaster and he was losing more money than he had to pay Wade. at 3-5 he would have kep wade and made excuses. at 1-7 he had no choice.

so if MC goes 7-10, or even 6-11, then he will just find a bunch of excuses. feed everyone meaningless words and keep MC.

by now, everyone should know how the cowboys organization works.
