If you haven't listened its up at the official site. A couple things I took from it.
1) He's pretty evasive about the cyst. Direct questions about its size, on the surface, below the surface, get the brush-off. Do I think its a big deal? Probably not. But I think its bigger than is being shared.
2) Playcalling & gameplanning. Again, certainly evasive. I understand why on this one. Tries to make sure that none of the recent quotes by anyone on this topic leave anyone looking wrong in what they say. So its all generalities.
3) Playing out the contract. This is the one where I think he accidently fuels the fire a bit. When asked if he ever had a thought about playing elsewhere he declines to answer directly by essentially saying everyone has random thoughts in their head. Much easier and effective to say "No" but he didn't. Oops! Big deal? No. I do think it conveys how important winning is to Romo. I suspect there were conversations about how he expects everything in this org to be about getting over this ridiculous hump of recent years. Not that Jerry & Jason need to be told or are less interested.
Tony later offers the typical, love the city, the team, the fans. But as a competitor you KNOW it goes deeper than that and that there were no stone unturned conversations about what it will take to get over the hump.
