Romo's Outlook For 2016

On the outlook for the 2016 season:

"We got to get better. We're a 4-12 ballclub. That's not up to anyone's standard. I like to think that I would have helped us in some key situations last year that would have allowed us to be better than that. But these seasons will make everyone look at themselves and make it, when you have a 4-12 year, everyone's on notice. Jobs are on the line. I think you'll find you'll get the best version of everybody from here on out. Now, we need some more players to improve. At the same time, I got to be better. I got to be healthy, and I think I will be. I'm feeling real good right now, so I think this will be the best offseason I've had in a long time, my back's getting stronger and stronger. We just got to get some people that can help our team and some of our guys just have to get better."

No joke, there were at least, AT LEAST 6 games off the top of my head that were determined by one possession. Dallas should be back for the division this upcoming year, but we need to make intelligent decisions this offseason.

Stay healthy Tony. If you do that, we'll win the division. Period.

Sure we have some upgrades and some tough decisions to make to make this team more competitive but with this offensive line, the talent we have with Dez, we can definitely win the division and do work in the playoffs.

The coaching staff here is not good but that's been beat to death. It is what it is and will not change, but again, with a healthy Tony Romo I believe we can win. He's not done.

............Oh and a healthy Dez Bryant.

We would have went 10-6 last year with a healthy Romo and Dez. We are way better than a 6 win team.
