completed his first 13 passes, finished with 88.5% completion percentage and a QB rating of 148.4 - all without his #1 receiver!

Impressive!

We hit on all cylinders today - even Bennett caught a ball and held on to it! :laugh2:

That should count as two completions.

Come on man, he missed three whole passes today!! I expect perfection!!!!!! [sarcasm/off]

1st game back were he did not need to wear that kevlar vest. He seemed to be able to move around a lot easier

You could tell he was feeling a lot more healthy today and moving a lot better without the flak jacket. His passes were more accurate and more crisp. Hopefully they can keep it rolling.

How is Romo's rating not perfect? He only missed 3 passes and had 3 tds!

You got to remember he is not elite like Eli Manning so he gets QB rating points deducted:lmao:

He didn't max out either the YPA or the TD% parts of the equation.

My favorite bit is that his touchdown passes equaled his incompletions.

Looks like he might move up to 4th in th erating with this game

He's got that pep back in his step. We really haven't seen it since Week 1. Obviously the injury has limited him for the past 1.5 months.

When he starts doing reverse pivots to elude the free pass rusher, you know Romo is back to feeling good.

We all know or should know Romo will never get his just dues until this team wins in all. Myself I have never doubted Romo ability as the Cowboys QB but he will be judged by a very high standard and even he knows this as he talked about it in the pre game interview with Sharpe

He just missed it on TD%. You need a 11.8% TD% (TDs/Pass Attempts) for a "perfect" score. Romo had 11.5%.

He was way over on completion % though, so if you took away one (or probably even two or three) completions (and the corresponding attempts), he'd have a perfect score.

Yes, QB rating is wonky.

Those moves were sweet.

Two of his incompletions were just about drops. One to Witten on the sideline which forced a punt and one to Murray on the play before that where it went through his fingers.
