Romo's timetable

We would be nuts to put him back in until that bone is nice and solidly healed. That usually means around 3 months. It will be so close to the end of the season and we are unlikely to be in playoff contention so I don't really see the point of putting him back in there and risking re-injury.

Eskimo, It takes a full 3 months to heal? What is the risk if he plays ... a worse injury?

Didn't miss Romo yesterday.

Unless it was his risky decisions.

Kitna is not the future, Romo is, ... but this year is Kitna's.

I think Romo will be pushing to get back out there as quickly as conceivably possible. I mean look who he grew up idolizing. It KILLS Tony to be on the sideline watching! And especially if a few wins multiply and hope for a playoff birth still remains.

However, if we blow it before he has a chance to come back, I say it gets delayed a week or two more, if not entirely until next season, his return.

Dude... He doesnt idolize Favre.... We have been over this and even Tony himself said it. This is the media creating a story back when we played GB for 1st in the NFC...

Romo will be back unless we happen to lose a few in a row.
