Rookie jersey numbers

LVE = next Lee Roy Jordan?
Mike White = next John Kitna?
Chris Cobingtin = Hitchens old number
Dorance Armstrong = Bob Lilly’s old number
Micheal Gallup = Lucky Whitehead

:omg: 74 to Armstrong!

He’ll change it once players start getting cut. I think he’ll end up with either 94, 99 or 93. One of the ends will get cut.

Willians is the first Cowboy lineman to wear a 50s number in a long time. That’s okay because linebackers can wear 40s as of a few years ago.

I would have liked to see Gallup wear #84 and Mike White wear #1, but I guess they’re just numbers.

Also, Bo would have looked good wearing 29. Bigger, meaner version of Demarco.

Why do they always pass out th ugliest of numbers for these guys? #74 for Dorance? C'mon now.

Looked good on Big Red, aka Mr Cowboy.

It won't last. Witten's number will not be touched either. All "respected" numbers should be reissued to top players like the legacy of 88

On one hand, I don't understand why we don't just retire numbers like 8, 12, 22, and 74. On the other hand, I suppose part of the reason is because we'll run out of numbers before long.

Gallup wore 4 in college, so 13 makes sense and Scarbrough wore 9,so 36 makes sense as well.

Am I the only one who never understood this logic?

9 is my favorite number..so I'll go w 54..ummm, what? That's so strange..how about you go w 59? You know, since 9 is your favorite number..

3 is the lamest number for a QB, 3 and 5, 6 look good on the likes of Weeden, yes 11 would be nice with White on the back of it. I was hoping 34 would go to Scarbrough.
Chris Cobingtin = Hitchens old number = Gary Cobbs old number
Anyways, they will have a lot more than jersey numbers to worry about in their first year.
