Preseason is always full of hype, but it's fun anyway.

--Supposedly Khalil Mack is looking great with comps to Clay Matthews and Von Miller.

--Teddy Bridgewater looks the best of the rookie QBs so far (no surprise there, imo).

Sigh. We really could have used him falling to us. I'd feel a heck of a lot better about the defense if we had an impact player or two on it.

Sigh. We really could have used him falling to us. I'd feel a heck of a lot better about the defense if we had an impact player or two on it.

Or if we were going to burn a 3rd in this draft anyway, I would have rather burned it to get up three spaces (to get Donald) or 1 spot (to get Shazier). They may have tried that and couldn't get a trading partners.

At any rate, Martin is a nice consolation prize.

Yeah, I like Martin. I think Donald is a better player at a position of greater need. But I'm not complaining about what we did in the first round.
