I cant wait to see some of these rookies, we have on the schedule. We're lucky enough to see the #1, 2, and 3 over-all selections, in their rookie year. Should be great fun!

Aug. 21, (Pre-Season) Week 2 - @ New Orleans
We'll be among the first, to get a glimpse of "the president" in a Saints uniform.

Aug. 24-28 (Pre-Season) Week 3 - San Francisco
Vernon Davis and Manny Lawson, come to town. We'll get a real good look at what we passed on, with Lawson.

Aug. 31- 09/02 (Pre-Season) Week 4 - Minnesota
Lets compare Greenway and Carpenter.

*********REGULAR SEASON*********

Sep. 10 - Week 1 - @ Jacksonville
Lets compare, Marcedes Lewis and Anthony Fasano.

Oct. 1 - Week 4 (3rd game) - @ Tennesee
I'll bet Vince Young is starting this game. McNair's on his way out, they didn't draft Vince to watch. I cant wait for this game! I think we'll win, but Vince will make it tough. Lendale White, should get some carries, or maybe even start.

Oct. 8 - Week 5 - @ Philadelphia
Broderick Bunkley, will definitely get playing time. Winston Justice, is also a possibility. However, it will only be a small side show, as this day will be dominated by the TO show.

0ct. 15 - Week 6 - Houston
Mario Wialliams, if this guys as good as they say, he may have a field day against us. DeMeco Ryans, is a stud at LB. We could also see, OT's Winston and/or Spencer. No matter who starts on their OL, our DL will destroy them.

Oct. 23 - Week 7 - NY Giants
Kiwablahblah, probably wont play much this year, but we'll probably have to worry about Sinorice Moss returning punts.

Oct. 29 - Week 8 - @ Carolina
Should get more than a glimpse of RB DeAngelo Williams, CB Richard Marshall is also a possibility.

Nov. 12 - Week 10 - @ Arizona
Matt Lienart probably wont start the season, but given Warners injury history, he may be starting this game. Many have said, if we were gonna take a TE, we should've taken Leonard Pope, who the Cards got in the 3rd.

Nov. 19 - Week 11 - Indianapolis
If he's still healthy, we should get a good look at RB Joseph Addai.

Dec. 10 - Week 14 - New Orleans
Reggie Bush comes to Dallas! Need I say more?

Dec. 16 - Week 15 - @ Atlanta
Bledsoe, puts Jimmy Williams to the test.

Dec. 31 - Week 17 - Detroit
Ernie Sims and Daniel Bullocks, play against our second team offense, as we've already clinched the confrence.

I left Jennings out on purpose, just not really worth mentioning, IMO.

I did forget abut Marcedes Lewis, and I'll edit it and add him.

Davin Jospeh may not play when we see Tampa, most OL dont start their first year and Tampa has 2 OG's who started all 16 last year.

You forgot the stud linebacker that the Foreskins grabbed 3 rounds early. Rocky something or other!

Nope. I left him out on purpose. I usually like the Canes, but they're not doin' it for this year.

We're going to destroy Vince Young. I can say that with 100% certainty. The guy is used to one read systems. He has some great talent but the Titans would be fools to rush him so quickly. More than most QBs, he is a project. I'd sit him at least the first half of the season before throwing him to the wolves. The Boys get a lead in that game and it's gonna be ugly.

Doesn't matter, because we'll get a chance to see him live at Texas Stadium, on Dec 10. This will probably be a good time to catch him (unless your Parcells), too soon for him to "hit the wall", but long enough to get acclimated to the NFL game.

well reggie bush no matter how many carries and no matter what point in the season we are in, wont go over 75 yards on us.

I have to agree. Our front seven is going to be tough this year and no one will make a living running against us. And if Watkins or Coleman can fill that FS hole we have the makings of a top notch defense.

Now if that new version of the Two TE Offense will just put up some decent points we will be good to go.

Two TE offense will be the slowest scoring Offense that their is. there are more threats but they are all "posession" players. TG can stretch the field and TO can do it all. but we are a run first 2TE offense, so we will have a much higher TOP than we did last year (if thats possible, most games wed have it about 60-70% of the time) and have much lower scoring games. JuJo can take a pounding, so why not give him the ball more?

i really cant wait to see our offense drive the ball down other teams throats and then have their offense come onto the field just to get stuffed by our punishing D. other teams defenses will get broken down because they will be on the field so much.

Glenn and TO are both long range threats. And BLedsoe likes throwing long. So they will get their shots.

McIntosh is a good replacement for Arrington. I still think you paid too much. The Jets fans at the Draft thought so too. They chanted...

"You dropped the soap, you dropped the soap."

True it was a gamble, and I thought we gave up a bit too much, much like trading a first for Campbell last year. Ultimately how they play on the field will determine how smart the trades were though, and there must be a reason the coaching staff sees for doing what they do.

I don't get why the Jets then traded with the Cowboys to move up 4 spots. What was the rationale on their end for that trade when they already have Pennington and Ramsey?

Three words...Pennington and Ramsey.

I like Patrick Ramsey's toughness, but let's face it, he hasn't lived up to 1st round standards. Pennington hasn't either and now he's coming off an injury.

I think they will win the Brady Quinn sweepstakes as the worst team in the NFL in 2006.

I kind of feel sorry for them having to be in the same city, and compete in the same market, as the stacked Giants...who are full of names and stars. Just from a marketing standpoint, the Jets don't have much to attract fans.

I've wondered before if they may wind up moving to LA.
