This may not be anything close to last year's class or the class of '05, but we've got some guys contributing:

Beuhler has definitely helped with our field position after kickoffs.

Butler picked up 2 big sacks in crunchtime tonight. His emergence could be huge for this team as the season progresses.

Phillips may have made one of the biggest bonehead plays tonight, but he is also getting playing time had at least one nice lead block on a good run.

Jason Williams and Hamlin will return soon and may contribute as well. It's a shame about Brandon Williams, because coaches and guys like Ware were impressed by him.

Overall, nothing to get too excited about, but it's nice to see a few rookies contributing very early on.

As much as I hate carrying a KOS, I've been impressed by Beuhler's leg. But I don't get why Carolina wasn't even trying to bring it out of the endzone from 1 yard deep.

because of on the returns they did have, mainly on punt returns they were getting stopped cold after a few yards

our coverage was that good tonight

I would love to see Ogletree against first string NFLers. I truly believe that he would still excel against top pros. He looked that good to me in the preseason. He seems to have natural ability that can't be coached and good hands too.

Cause they got pounded on the 15 yard line the one time they did.
