Rooting for the Cowboys today just outside DC

Had to share this. I'm always too nervous to watch the games (I tape them), so I have to go out & do something else while it's on. I went shopping at Wegman's in Fairfax, Virginia (a few miles outside DC & supposedly stinks country). Well, in the bakery dept., there were 2 workers Cowboys jerseys. #81 &#88. (Interestingly, I didn't notice anyone wearing stinks jerseys.)

Not sure. I live in MD, so I never really know where I am in VA! I take Rte. 66 to the exit for 50 into Fairfax--it's about 2 miles from there.

You folks outside of the East do NOT know what you're missing by not having Wegman's. I am probably the least domestic female on the planet, but I LOVE that place! It is an absolutely amazing grocery store/health food store/gourmet store. They're slowly expanding their way down the East Coast--if they show up in your area, definitely check them out.

I love Wegmanns. My brother used to live in Rochester and that's the first time I ever heard of them. Whenever I visited him over the next few years, I always went to Wegmanns with him or just by myself to walk around and just enjoy the place. Even tho I'm not a coffee drinker, I'd stay take a free cup of their gourmet coffee as I walked around the place. Great pizza and place to sit/eat it; fantastic salad bar including chicken breast, feta cheese, and the usual veggies. Unbelievably. Also great bakery particularly variety of bagels. It's a huge store. I would love for them to move into Florida. BTW: My brother now lives around Fredricksburg, VA & last time I was there he mentioned something about Wegmanns moving into VA. area. I'll see him over Christmas; sure would be nice if there a Wegmann's near by.

It is off subject, but we won today, so we can have fun! Tell your brother there will be a Wegman's in Woodbridge sometime in 2007. That's just up 95 from him.
