Please. There was no homering in this game. What evidence did you see of that. The Buckeyes won the game and played very good throughout. Are the announcers supposed to ignore that. Another Buckeye hater added to the list.

This is completely untrue. Neither announcer was rooting for either team. Herbie is a lot like we are critical of Aikman. Ohio St fans think he is trying to hard not to show his homerism. Herbie doesn't show his homerism when announcing Buckeye games. You can ask any true Buckeye fan that.

national championships are jaded, cause they are determined by voters most of the time. also, there are different polls who give different champions.

AP, Coaches, USA Today, Harris, BCS

it doesnt happen often like it did in 2005, when only 2 unbeatens vie for the Championship. just a few years prior, Auburn went 11-0, and got left out of the title game. They won their bowl game, but USC was given the BCS championship. This has happened so many times.

BTW, If I am not mistaken, Bama is only credited with having 7 or 8 Championships.

He raised his voice at the end of the game when Ohio State WON like any announcer would do. If you were watching the game throughout he would raise his voice when Oregon made a good play. Very rarely did he do for Ohio St. I was on the Buckeyes board game thread throughout the game and they were annoyed with this. I was too but like I said Herbie for us Buckeye fans is like Aikman for us Cowboy fans. Only we are going to see this and outsiders usually don't notice it.

I didn't watch the end of the game so that's not when I heard it. Herbie could barely hold his enthusiasm. I also think Aikman does a great job on Cowboys games.

Yeah Musberger shouldn't have gotten so excited about Pryor's performance. I mean he was only the FREAKING MVP OF THE GAME. You give me a freaking break. He played a great game. Generally when a player has a game like Pryor in a big game like the Rose Bowl an announcer tends to get excited about it. Are you kidding me? Any announcer is going to do that for any player that has a great game. Is this your first time listening to Musberger. This guy has been announcing like that since the 80s. Like I said I'll add you to the list as another Buckeye hater.
