Roster moves

I wonder if between feb 7 and march 2 will we see alot of rapid roster moves such as cuts, signings and maybe trades because that will probably be the only way you can conduct business before the current CBA runs out unless they reach an agreement on a new CBA.

I doubt it. Maybe a few but nothing major.

Teams can only sign their own players between now and early March, the beginning of the new league year. Trades are not allowed because of the CBA stuff.

No trades or FA signings. You will not see any signings at all until they straighten this out.

To be prudent, doesn't the team need to keep players for a fast start to a delayed season. For example, an early September agreement with two weeks to get ready for the season.

This football season is going to suck if it gets off to a late start especially for teams with new headcoaches that wasnt on the teams previous staff
