He was a college team-mate of newly acquired cornerback Pacman Jones (at West Virginia) but it remains unlikely they will be re-united in Dallas. Henry was cut by the Bengals last week after an alleged assault, and he could face a season long suspension by the NFL.

Since the Cowboys seem willing to take a chance on Pacman Jones, many have assumed the Cowboys might also have an interest in recently-released wide receiver Chris Henry.
Jones said not likely.

"Unlikely, unlikely, just because of what we're doing at wide receiver," Jones said. "Just the nature of it, but it's unlikely."

That might be a polite way saying absolutely not to acquiring a wide receiver who has previously been suspended twice, and recently was released last week by Cincinnati following yet another arrest.
