Have not been able to see any games yet but PFF has our 2nd rounder CB pretty low compared to other rookie CB in the first two rounds:

Not expecting much from either of our rookie corners. Sadly, our backfield has 3 players that can't get their head around or locate the ball in the air. I think Scandrick is still searching for the ball he deflected into the air in the last game. Same goes for Jones. I think Heath is the only one with any kind of ball awareness.

False.

He was good in the 1st game and out injured afterwards.

PFF is a complete joke.

They once rated Doug Free higher than Tyron Smith.

The man-hour required to accurately grade all players on all snaps played in all games is more than a company with a reported 80 employees could accomplish.

Think about hard bad the NFL refs are at their job and how inconsistent they are from one to the next. Now imagine tiny company getting consistent results from 80 people watching game footage and deciding who did what and putting an exact ranking on each snap.

They have well over 1,500 now. They have enough to grade H.S. football.

I don't think PFF stats matter in small sample size. It's like defensive stats in baseball. Over a long time though, i think PFF does a great job at telling you who is good and who isn't.

I like their counting stats. When they say player X had the most hits or pressures then I pay attention. Their grades are crap IMO. FIrst of all they are subjective but compounding that is how they have dozens of different people grading the same player making it random subjectivity.
