Hey guys,

Im not sure if this is the wrong place to post this but I apologize if it is. I am a frequent reader of this forum but rarely post. I am a huge DC fan who lives out in the Bay Area. This year I decided to travel to see the cowboys twice this year even though I only go once a year. I decided to go to Week 1 in Cleveland because I thought it would be a great game and a great chance to see the HOF. I also decided to go see Week 2 in Dallas so I could take my little brother to his first and last game at Texas Stadium. Unfortunately, this past Sunday, I was refereing a football game and took an awkward fall and tore my achilies tendon. I am now unable to fly for the next three months. I have decided to drive to the game in Dallas and cancel my trip to Cleveland. I wanted to offer my tickets to anyone that needs them here since I know you are all the serious DC fans like I am. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested. Have a great day!

I would too if I could..Trust me..I was told by 2 doctors I can develop blood clots and they could spread to my lungs and become fatal. :(

Probably not worth it the...wait a minute! That's the Eagles game! Get on that plane, buddy! :laugh2:

In all seriousness, that's rough -- never tore an Achilles, but it sounds painful. Get well soon. Watching the Cowboys tear up the Eagles on a big screen T.V. is not all bad!

I am not doubting the original poster. Just passing along advice because we've had bad results happen before.

If you buy these tickets, arrange for the transaction to happen through two banks or other proefessional intermediaries. One that gets the money to him, and the other that gets the tickets to you.

Free advice to both parties.

Great advice. There are escrow parties that do this all the time. PayPal will also protect you as well but escrow is definitely less of a hassle and not much more money to transact. Didn't think about this and I'm sure the OP is legit but this is great advice, good common sense and just good business.

Maybe we could have a sticky for tickets which all could see easily or a separate forum?

I have 50 tickets in section 600 and 601 (50 yard line) that I want to sell for half price for the Thanksgiving day game. Just send me the cash and I will overnight them for free to you.:
