We're winning despite Roy Williams.

Anything he gives us is a bonus but I wouldn't go looking for him as a primary target outside of the red zone.

Roy needs to learn this offense and know how to run the routes and make the route adjustments. Then he has to work on his hands which are arguably some of the worst in the league right now. It all speaks to a fellow who doesn't work hard or prepare himself to play well.

If there aren't signs of improvement in the offseason, I would waive/trade him in TC/preseason.

I think we need another developmental WR. Two if we aren't bringing back Hurd. If Roy isn't coming back, we may need a vet to act as the #4/WT player.
