Roy Williams Claims He's The Most Consistent

Wow, he says some stupid crap, but this is nuts. I wonder what Miles and Dez thing about what he said.

Consistency involves blocking on all plays, not dropping balls, not running the wrong routes etc

Are you saying Austin has been more consistent despite his drops? Des being more consistent despite incomplete comprehension of the playbook?

Hurd? Ogletree?

What are you even mad at other than being a Roy hater right now?

Why don't you and unodalllas just hold hands and get pissed off?

Even if it's true, which it's not, you don't say it. He just threw all the other, and much better, receivers under the bus.

Wow, I like to be a homer but this is a little absurd. Roy needs an eye exam.

I agree it shouldn't be said. We agree on that 100%.

But of the points he brought up (He being the poster you quoted) what ones aren't true?

Which receiver is dropping less balls than him?

Which receiver is blocking better than him?

Dez has been great, at times, and other times appears to not know the playbook as well as he should.

Miles has been great, at times, but has consistently dropped easy passes.

Miles and Dez are having better seasons, overall, statistically but I don't think it's a far stretch to believe that Roy has consistently been the best, all round, WR for the team thus far.

He's not the best on the team, and no one would say he was, but he's probably been the least likely to make mistakes this year of the 3.

Miles couldn't be reached because he was getting his eyes and hands checked to figure why he has so many drops and Dez is too busy STILL trying to understand the playbook and run the correct routes and learn where to line up.....Roy is correct for anyone that has been watching the games this year....

He has been the most consistent RVCR. But he shouldn't say it.

Just maybe good old Roy Williams sees the writing on the wall: he won't be a Cowboy much longer.

He is interviewing for a job next season with another team. That is why he is "tooting" his own horn. That's all. He's gone. The only thing that saved him from being cut/traded this year was his big contract.

Hopefully, the Cowboys can get a 4th or 5th rd pick for him. Assuming the Cowboys can trade him.

I agree with you on all accounts. It's not like Roy said, "I'm the most best out of all of you." He said I'm the most consistent. I don't know how anyone would try to construe it to imply he said he was the best or something like that.

HE DID NOT SAY "I'M THE MOST BEST."

The title shows the OP's agenda in and by it own self.

So many people hate UT for the sake of it.

Being a longhorn, I make fun of Oklahoma fans all the time. But that never made me hate the other Roy Williams. It's all fun and games. Sure you take a little pride in it. But to hate someone for it?

That's just stupid.

Well he does consistently fumble at the most inopportune times.

After the fumble Thanksgiving day I'm not sure why Roy is talking about being consistent.

consistently idiotic.... I can't wait to hear how this one is sugar coated by his faithful followers. :muttley:

Let's play the comparison game.

Same exact scenario.... watch it... hate it... whatever...

Roy Barron not protecting the ball and costing the Dallas Cowboys the game... result: STRIPPED (appropriate music too....)

Kevin Burnett protecting the ball and finding the end zone last night... result: TD

Chop it up folks... The proof is in the tapioca. I can't wait til this clown is gone.

Easy there, Little Doggie. Don't hurt yourself laughing. Try to use your brain a little bit.

Now perhaps you can try to recall what the Cowboys got for a trade for Crayton and Proctor?

Perhaps you can respond using the keys with letters on them if I haven't overloaded your brain asking you to recall something that happened a few months ago.

roy lost dallas the game?

he made a mistake yes. but roy doesnt play defense. and roy didnt call 3 straight passes to dez when everything else was working.

there was 3mins left after that play. and a little under 2 when dallas got the ball back.

while it was crucial play im pretty sure roy didnt lose the game. the team lost the game. its sickening that people fail to see this. no 1 person wins or loses a game in a team sport.
