He had ONE 100 yard game. Can you imagine if we had a list of all WRs in Cowboys history that have had ONE 100 yard game?

I agree. He's been better than last year but after the Texans game, everyone's been crowning him.

Keep in mind that he burned a ROOKIE CB...the same CB that was getting burned by almost every Cowboys WR that game. I wasn't here last season but were y'all saying the same thing about Roy after the Tampa game too? :laugh1:

He is catching the balls coming his way he is moving the chain and has done so from the get go of the season. that is improvement some are talking about. What is the deal hate to see RW get a pat on the back? no one is claiming pro bowl but seeing some differances in his play

Roy has consistently played well so far this season. He looks quicker off the line and appears to be running better routes. He also has 0 drops. He might not have super big numbers, but he's been effective in something other than garbage time.

Do you follow threads in this forum? lol Ive seen so many people writing hes improved, blah blah blah. Thats great and I hope he has, but lets not tag him "improved" until hes consistent.

I own a #11 Roy Williams authentic jersey and last week was the ONLY week I havent been embarrassed while wearing it. I bought it the day he signed his 5 yr deal after the trade.

I want him to be great, but Im holding back on the "OMG ROY IS BACK, NOW WE HAVE 3 THREATS AT WR!!!"

We even had a thread that talked about FELIX taking over as wiping boy. Now that Roys had 1 decent game I believe a lot of Cowboys fans WANT to believe hes finally arrived.

It hasn't been one game. Its been 3 solid games. And Miles Austin has more drops this season than Roy Williams. Forget stats. 100 yards means nothing. Didn't have 100 yards in that Packers game last year? Yards mean nothing. The Cowboys need Roy to be reliable. He's been reliable.

I think he's here for good, because that route he ran on his 2nd TD was a thing of beauty. So it's not like he just ran a route. He actually confused the hell out of the young DB.

He seems to be finally taking to the coaching. Such as coming out lower so that he can drive into the ground on his cuts.
