Dropping biscuits: Safety Roy Williams appears to have dropped some weight and looks to be running better than he has the last couple of years. He is listed at 221 pounds.

Teaching Roy Better Techniques
While Roy Williams has admitted he is not comfortable in man coverage at times, going so far as to say he hopes quarterbacks don't throw his way, some of his discomfort may not be entirely his fault.
"There was some technique things that he could do better," Phillips said of his five-time Pro Bowl safety. "It was on us as coaches to get him to do some things better that make him look better."
With new secondary coach Dave Campo working on Williams' technique, he has quietly had a solid training camp thus far. Williams was able to frequently jam tight ends Tony Curtis and Jason Witten during Sunday's 7-on-7 drill, and while he didn't make an interception, he found himself stepping in front of a Tony Romo pass intended for Terrell Owens.
