RPOs on 2nd and 3rd Down?

Jeff Cavanaugh on 105.3, mentioned that if the 2nd Down play was an RPO, then no one told the receivers as they were all blocking.

Then on the 3rd Down play, the only route ran was by Jason Witten against their All-Pro Safety (Harrison I assume).

Can anyone that re watches the game confirm or refute these assessments on the last drive?

Yes I would be curious to see the All-22 on these plays. The one hand off certainly didn't look like there was a RPO called. Maybe a read option.
