Dude, it's great advice if you seen all the L.A. and Bay Area douches that have been rolling into Austin. I should know, I'm a Bay Area ******. They need to go to Houston.

Austin is pretty much Cali Diaspora now unfortunately. Most of the natives of Austin hate it. Prices are jacked up sky high and there is little room. It's like trying to fit 10gallons of water in a 1gallon bucket. Infrastructure can't take it. That being said if you can visit and somehow avoid the tourist spots than that's the way to go.
