Cleveland has never been "smart"...I can see them accepting some type of stupid package where they get Bradford from Philly and Philly gets Mariotta; of course, there would be a lot of other picks/players to go along with this so it is worthwhile to all 3 teams...philly is CRAZY stupid, Cleveland is just PLAIN stupid
