Someone's gonna have to be the fall back guy. Take your pick, Akin, Carp or a draft pick. We most certainly have to have a plan in case he gets concussed again.

Remember TO and Glenn were both health risks when brought in.
You're right, but I never thought T.O. was that much of an injury risk. Character risk, maybe, but not injury.

It's funny with Glenn, because he's known for his injury history, but with the Cowboys, he really hadn't missed any prior to 2007.

As for the fallback guy, I guess that's why we wait until training camp. These things sort themselves out eventually. I think it's premature to assume anything at this point..

Good to have a woman's perspective. Guys tend to be premature when it comes to football:D

I'm sure Jacque Reeves would rather have Donte Stallworth too..

Reeves won't be a Cowboy next year so why would he care.

He missed most of the 2004 season.

His reputation is well earned.

Is it April Fools Day? I sure hope so if this is even on our radar.

"Bidding War" and Walker just don't belong in the same conversation.

Can we drive the price up to $15 million then drop out and let the iggles win Walker?

I do not believe this in the least and the main reason is cause the last things I've seen on NFL network, and such, is that Tampa is in serious talks with Denver to grab him. I don't buy this in the least.

Denver: "listening to all offers, Javon Walker for a conditional 7th"

all 31 NFL teams raise their hands

Someone on ES posted this.

Personally-I hope this DOESN'T happen-Walker got disgruntled and got his way out of Green Bay and Denver-I'll be SHOCKED if he all of a sudden becomes buddy-buddies with either Owens or McNabb.

I would physically get sick if we outbid the Beagles for freaking Javon Walker. We already have one WR with a jacked up knee and now we are looking to bring in another?

The word on the street is he needs Microfracture surgery, STAY AWAY!!!

A 7th? Well I might give him a look for a 7th. That is honestly no risk at all, depending on what he's being paid of course.

If history has taught us anything... its that Philly cant handle star WR's.... and whats more... Donovan cant handle star WR and will eventually have a tantrum and not utilize them to the teams benefit.

Let him go to Philly.
If Donovan stays in Philly this year... he wont last a year anyways...
