in other words... never say never.

I don't want a player on the team who does not really have an interest.

Does anyone know if he is actually planning on visiting or this is just a rumor???

This si just speculation from a local radio person...I bet he signs with the Dolphins by the end of the weekend

I listen to the NFL channel on Sirus radio alot. They usually know their stuff or come close. They havnt mentiond Dallas at all when it comes to Arington. The front runner according to them is Miami.

The thing I don't get is who would be lining up to give $6M/year to a guy who his own team sat for 5 games last year, has a potentially degenerative knee condition that has limited his play the last two seasons, has only one season of double-digit sacks and has a reputation for being a freelancer.

I hope the same team who gave the ultimate head case, and team destroyer, who his own team sat down for half the season last year.

I hope Jerry steps up and makes the deal soon.

They had no idea the Cowboys were going after Vanderjagt. The day he came to Dallas they had him heading to New England. Dallas has been pretty shrewd with most of thier targets.

I did hear them mention it but shot it down because of where the Boys usually value kickers.

Arrrington is anything but high character. I for one don't want his sorry azz on this team anyway!

Tell me what has he done that was so bad!

Nothing really. He will cost too much money though and Dallas could get a more cost efficient option in the draft. Dallas needs to use their remaining cap to resign their own players.

That I can agree with and I can also see structuring a contract that would benefit both Lavar and Cowboys IF he performs.

BTW I am all for Arington coming here. That would pretty much make our defense complete, IMO.

I agree, well Arrington and a FS. Arrington is a wrecking crew and as much as I've always disliked him even back at PSU, he's an impact player. He may freelance a little bit but he makes big plays.
We'd have an incredible LB corps with Arrington, James, Ayodele, and Ware...amazing. Serious havoc.
Arrington would also have a big chip on his shoulder to line up against the foreskins too.
We already added turd TO, what's one more?
