Per the sometimes unreliable other board -- there is talk that Crayton is going to be ready to go in Philly.

If he comes back that's great. I don't think it affects Price at all any more. Price has proven he can handle punt returns just fine. In other words he's contributing on Special Teams. The only reason he was sitting behind Copper was because Copper was on the ST units, mostly coverage.

In other words it's good news for the team and the fans (Price lovers & haters) likely aren't affected.

I agree -- but that high ankle sprain seems to be an injury that they have a hard time getting a good prediction on.

I think Crayton adds more to our passing attack than Price does but to be fair to Price I think BP and Sean have not really called plays to really get Price involved as a weapon in the offense.

That being said Price looks pretty good at punt return and givng the way Crayton holds the ball on those returns I hope they continue to let Price return punts even after Crayton comes back.

That sounds more reasonable given the injury. Especially with 3 game sin 11 days during one stretch in November.

For the record -- I really thought Price would add something to our offense. But now I am totally convinced that Crayton is a much better option for us.

Sounds more reasonable........but, I hope two weeks is true.....Crayton has awesome hands....just unbelievable how he snags the ball in traffic with his big hands.

Well didn't they say it was 4-6 weeks? The Philly game would put him right at 4 weeks, so it could be true, although I am not holding my breath.
