What we are excited about is that there will be a respectable professional football man in the front office and that it no longer is the Danny and Vinny show. That the culture of the entire organization, should over the next year reflect one that is serious about winning a Superbowl
It takes a lot of right things to happen to win the Superbowl, however you can set your organization up to capitalize on those right circumstances, if they present themselves
