I would make that deal. Cox is a pro bowl regular for the next 6/7 years
Just heard on the radio that the Eagles may try to trade with Tampa instead since tenn. is asking for so much.
Where are the Eagles getting the 2nd #1 pick? From the Browns for Bradford?

What was the exact deal for the Commanders to move up and get RGIII? Anyone know?
Three firsts and a second (two of the firsts in subsequent years)...and that was to move up just four spots (six up to two).

And that was to move up from 6 or 7 to 2 if I'm not mistaken right? They definitely weren't moving up from 20 to 2.
One way or the other, I think they're going to get Mariota.
What that means for this Cowboys fan/Eagles hater I don't know. It's boom or bust to me.
In the short term, they would be disassembling some of the cogs of their defense to achieve that. The defense was their 2014 strength. In the short term it's fantastic for the Cowboys.
The long term doesn't much matter as you can change a team in 3 years now.

Yeah, it sorta matters to me if the Eagles can win a championship down the road with Mariota.
Part of me wants to see the Eagles trade all of these picks and players and see them fall flat on their butts and regret it later.
Part of me wants to see them offer player after player after player and not be able to get the trade and have all of those players turn on Chip and create a bunch of internal chaos.
