As far as the long term running back situation is going, Dallas has nothing except mediocre guys. I know this guy could be another Julius Jones but I think he could be better, he's a lot quicker and faster watching different videos of his, here's one of them.

jUST another example of a fan not being patient, he'll be better than julius in about 10 years

I wouldn't put too much stock in his HS numbers. Look at Tyler Ebell who played at UTEP last season and previously played at UCLA. He holds the national single season HS rushing record with like 4,287 yards in one season and he's not even being mentioned to be drafted in the later rounds.

Bradley Stephens looks incredible. What state is that?

I play college football.... and I just graduated in 2005, but i've NEVER, and I mean EVER seen that many bad angles in a season. Those kids chasing him have NO CLUE how to pursue a ball carrier. I'm assuming Bradley Stephens plays like A, or maybe AA football, where the talent he plays against isn't as tough

The track clip just adds to my thought of him being at a small division(A,AA,AAA) b/c his best time is a 48.9 and from the clip it's obvious most those kids are running about 55-57 seconds by how far behind they are from him. There is NO WAY he is running against his competition level, a 48.9 400 is quick, but not at all amazing.( but then again my region in Georgia had the last 2 fastest high school 400 runners in years. Reggie Witherspoon 46.11(national record) then the following year Demiko Goodman ran a 45.82(breakin the record) and we had a number of kids running 48 second 400's.

Basically, what im saying is Bradley Stephens is talented, but he appears to be playing nobodies

James Aldridge, who's headed to Notre Dame. Rushed for over 4,000 yards in 2 seasons. 6-1, 215. 4.45 in the 40.

Doesn't Julius Jones have a faster 40 time?

JJ ran a hand timed 4.38 at the combine. So JJ is probably a little faster at the 40. The thing about JJ is his incredible acceleration- his 20 time was tops at the combine. His top end speed is probably actually around 4.5; at full flight.

Stephens plays at McAllen Memorial High School, which is 5A, in the state of Texas.

As far as the competiton, if you look at tape of any of the great backs of all time in high school, they will look the same as the competition Stepehns is facing. He is just so much better than the comptetion.
