Tonight was the 3rd or 4th time this season that McBriar was knocked down after the punt, no flags on any of them. Am I the only one who noticed this? They aren't just "grazes" either.

I've noticed it as well, but I've also noticed that he does his little "ballerina dance fall-down" technique on damn near every kick. ;)

He got rocked on that play your talking about and normally they dont call those if the defender is pushed into the punter but theres no way you could say the defender was pushed into McBriar on that play.

Disagree. On the ones I've seen he couldn't of done a thing to avoid the rusher or to NOT fall down.

When you punt the ball, you are in an ackward position and it really is dangerous when he comes down if someone is hitting his leg at the same time.

I swear, they better start calling it. If our probowl punter gets hurt on some crap like that I'm gonna go find the lead official for that game and beat his arse down.

I think he is the best kicker in the league but not the best actor. When he falls on every kick I think it's harder to get calls when he deserves it. He is flopping around pretending a LOT of the time guys. Lots of other punters do it also, But I think if he tomed the fake flopping around down a tad and picked his spots a little better he would get the real calls and even some of the fake ones too! You gotta pick your spots.

Remember the old story about the little boy that cried wolf?

I think that might be it. He does it so often the officials will not call it. Now that is wrong on their part but somewhat understandable. I think he needs to be told to stop doing in unless he gets hit.

It's happening all over the league. Officials are making the call, I guess, that McBriar basically fell on the guy, and was not hit after making the punt. But punters are getting that call very rarely this year. Must've been a point of emphasis for officials in the offseason.

What exactly does it take to get a force-out called, I wonder?

The officials randomly call things when they want to. That is the 3rd time McBriar has been tackled after kicking the ball without a flag. What about that ridicilous spiking call against TO where he just tossed the ball to the ground or the no call when he was clearly pushed out of bounds.

It was BS. My wife was even yelling at the refs. There were four reall CRAP calls and non-calls.

That was the definition of roughing the kicker and so way the Owens 2 pt conversion for Pass Interference.

Also the pushout and the ref who threw the flag for Owens "spiking" the ball.

What burned me is that ESPN didn't show the replay of McBriar getting ran into. I thought that seemed odd.

There have been a few running into or roughing the punter fouls missed for sure.

The one that burns me up is the faceguarding on the 2pt conversion. The NFL could use that play as a perfect example of the foul. DB never turned to find the ball and was right in the WR's face. The ref was right there...How do you not throw the flag?

I was at the game and had a perfect angle to see the play.....it was 100% acting. The guy never barely touched him.

How many times has McBriar been run into this season without a flag being thrown? It seems like there is at least one per game, and I know in the Chicago game there were two or more.

I was wondering about that myself. Seems like he is always getting knocked down and there are no flags. IT ain't acting either, he is getting hit!

if there is any touching at all by a Cowboy blocker on the opposing player who "hits" the punter they call it "blocking into." There was at least one that I saw where that happened last night

They need to change the rule that you can't challenge a force out.
