I don't know about you guys but I think Cooper Rush is using good oxygen that a real backup QB could be breathing. He is playing horribly.

White has sucked too, but has improved a little over the preseason. He's not ready, but may have a future in the league.

If we just kept two QBs would you want the backup to be White or Rush. I don't see any reason we would keep both of these guys as backups.

Right now if either of these guys have to play long term it looks like you can write off the season, unless you pick up a veteran pretty quickly.

I’ll keep white from the two. Dak was the first time Dallas has actually took the back up role seriously, and it paid off. It’s really time to use a third or fourth on a colt McCoy type in the next draft and not have this problem anymore.

It is hard to judge since neither have played with the first team. Both have had abysmal blocking with zero offensive weapons out there. I imagine that they would look a bit better out there in a real game, or at least I hope so.

Neither will salvage the season if Dak goes down though. We could use an experienced vet at #2 and try to slip White or Rush onto the PS.

I am not happy with their play, particularly Rush but they haven't really been put in a good situation.

Neither are that bad and neither are they starting material. What'd you expect?

I respectfully disagree with you on this point. I thought Rush played pretty well last offseason. He has not looked anything like last preseason.

White may end up being a player, but he's just not nearly ready based on his preseason. He isn't anywhere near as ready as Dak was.

I expect someone who can come in and help win the team a game or two if Dak goes down. Are my expectations too high?

There’s going to be a veteran QB in here before week 1, probably RG3.

i could be wrong, but I didn't see a rb out there gaining 4+ yards a carry, putting the qb in a easy throw on 3rd.. but like i said i could be wrong.
