Football guys and gals, we made it. Starting this weekend, we will have football, college or pro, every weekend until Super Bowl 50 in February. The long, cruel night is over. Sure, it’s preseason football for the next five weeks, but it’s practically manna from heaven for the football-deprived. So of course this now a perfect time to debut my new op-ed column, Russ’ Ramblings.
