Russ Grimm for next HC

I've liked Grimm for a long time, because he'd make sure the team was extremely tough and played physical.

But that doesn't lead to "wow players" now, does it? A bunch of dependable workhorses won't sell tickets to the circus.

Eh...after Tuna became our coach and stuff like Mcnabb and Favre going to division rivals, it's not a big deal to me anymore. If Grimm is available, he should be interviewed. I just want a fiery guy that will shape this team and serve as a leader. I don't think Garrett is a leader at all. His personality is similar to a Belichek except without the smarts to back it up.

I want Mike Martz as headcoach and be calling our offense. The way he adjusted to our defense and shredded it shows that he really is an offensive genius.

He is proven and his style of coaching is made for this team. We would be unstoppable if we had Mike Martz.
