No, I agree that he looked good, but they invested quite a bit in Flynn and he has played pretty well this off season as well. I expect them to give Flynn the first shot to go out there and get it done. He will probably be on a pretty short leash though. That said, I dont think anyone would be too surprised if they went with Wilson.

I really love what the Seahawks are doing, they are one of the most interesting young teams in the NFL to me.

He won the job last night with what I saw. Seahawks jumped the gun and signed Flynn too early, and for too much money (starter money).

Wilson is the future of that team. If he was 3 inches taller he would have been gone in the 1st round.

They are all over the place for sure. I assume they"ll have some big hits and misses. Certainly the Charlie Whitehurst moves were disasterous.
They're paying Flynn a ton too.

I love Russel Wilson. There is little doubt in my mind that this guy is a better QB right now than Flynn and without a doubt twice the athlete. We are talking about a guy who learned a pro style offense under Paul Chryst in two weeks at Wisconsin, then went on to be the most efficient QB in college football history.

I remember when I said I thought this guy would be a 3rd rounder on this forum... well how about that

I think between Wilson and Turbin the Seahawks could have some dynamic rookie talent on their offense this season.
