Thought this was a cool gesture on his behalf. Didn't take a lot of time, but made a pretty special moment for two people.

Basically, a guy who took his girlfriend to a Thunders game for their first date, and they are both big fans, so he sent Russell a message titled:Marriage Proposal, and Russell responded saying " I'm down, whats the plan?" So Russell tweeted:
