The point is that Schottenheimer has had success as a playcaller, despite the narrative he's failed everywhere.

Which is fair, but I still dont understand why people expect major changes schematically. I get he had an offensive minded HC, but Schottenheimer still had a major influence on the offense this year. If anything his time is going to be more split and Schotty will have less time working with the offense as HC. His OC selection will be interesting to keep an eye on.
