Below is my 1.0 mock draft for 2026 with no trades. I'll do a single trade mock next. Just want to try to get these in before the combine starts tomorrow. Then next week I'll do two.
Mock draft done here:
https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/simulator
PICK: 12 RND: 1 (DAL)
Arvell Reese
LB Ohio State
I know we have next to no shot of drafting him. But, he fell to me on the simulator so I had to take him. If you watch the below video, he's almost a perfect replacement for Micah Parsons, but he might be even quicker. Also, he's a bit better at LB imo. He's got the pass rush ability of Parsons, but he's actually good against the run and he looks decent in coverage. Our linebackers would be instantly better for having Reese if he fell to us.
PICK: 20 RND: 1 (DAL)
Avieon Terrell
CB Clemson
Perfect replacement for Diggs. Him, Bland, and Revel would be a lethal trio.
PICK: 112 RND: 4 (DAL)
Bishop Fitzgerald
S USC
Bishop Fitzgerald would be a great addition for us at safety. Taking him in the 4th round? Perfect! Him at safety to go with my earlier CB selection would be a nice pairing.
PICK: 150 RND: 5 (DAL)
Kage Casey
OT Boise State
I think Casey would be a very good depth piece and good competition for Guyton. I think that Casey could actually have starter capabilities from what I see in the video. We could use a little more depth at LT, and Casey is a LT.
PICK: 177 RND: 5 (DAL)
Jalen Stroman
S Notre Dame
He fell to me here, so I took him. Why not get a bit more safety depth for Parker to work with?
PICK: 215 RND: 6 (DAL)
Josh Cameron
WR Baylor
We could use some WR depth, especially if Tolbert leaves. Lamb, Pickens, Flournoy, and Cameron isn't bad depth.
PICK: 221 RND: 7 (DAL)
Jadon Canady
CB Oregon
Can't hurt to have a bit more CB depth.
PICK: 225 RND: 7 (DAL)
Miller Moss
QB Louisville
Competition for Dinucci for the 3rd spot. Never a bad idea to take a QB late every year.
