Wow, you are just stuck on me aren't you? Getting all gay for me? Dear lord... You quoted something I said before the 2009 season when just about any pundit or anybody with half a brain would have agreed with. 2007 and 2008 Haynesworth for the Titans was extremely effective and much better than Ratliff.
Regardless, I think it's very disturbing in a "guy sitting in my bushes" kind of way that you thought immediately of me.
Actually no.
Anyone who had half a brain would have easily, and quickly, reconized a seriously disturbing trend about Fat Albert.
His first few years for the Titans...nothing. A nobody. Crap.
His last two years he suddenly can play.
Why?
Glad you asked, since you clearly didn't realize it when it was going on. Fat Albert is, was, and always will be a contract player. Period.
The guy only cares about playing when a new contract is on the line. Otherwise all he cares about doing is whining, moaning, and being 'injuried' every other play.
If you had been paying attention his whole career, and not just the the last two he was in Tennessee, you'd have known that before he ever came to Washington and wasted you're favorite teams time and money.

I still stand by it. Ratliff is cast perfectly in the scheme and it fits him better but Haynesworth is the more dominant player. The problem is he's the defensive equivalent of TO but without the insane conditioning. He'll tear a locker room apart if everything doesn't go his way.
THen you're either just hard headed or intentionally being stupid. Haynesworth is not, nor will he ever be, the better player.
And as bad as TO is he should NEVER be associated with Fat Albert. Quite frankly it's a slap in his face cause while TO is a drama queen, who causes trouble, the one thing he definately doesn't do is he doesn't take games off. Fat Albert only shows up when it's time to get a new deal. TO shows up all the time to try and increase his personal stats in an attempt to be a Hall of Famer.
There is absolutely nothing about TO and Haynesworth that is even remotely worth trying to compare. I'd take 10 TO type players over one Haynesworth any day.
