Mark Ingram - RB - Player ESPN Boston's Mike Reiss reports the Commanders might consider Alabama RB Mark Ingram at No. 10.
Commanders HC Mike Shanahan is known for turning spare-parts backs into starters, but he's also known for drafting players he's enamored with. It seems unlikely he would use such a premium pick on a runner when his team has so many other needs, but Reiss wouldn't report it as a possibility if he didn't think it really was.

Go ahead. Be my guest. Although, I do think Ingram would do good in that scheme. Ingram isn't going to keep defensive coordinator's up all night, because he isn't an explosive outside runner. I don't believe Washington would dare draft Ingram at 10. I see him falling into late round 1. Late round one is pretty weak, but he could fall into round 2.

Washington needs an OT and C and guard help.

Ingram is a down hill between the tackles type guy.

That's exactly what I was thinking. With so many needs, I doubt the Skins take Ingram for that very reason.

Davis was drafted in the sixth round. He did get a nearly 7mil dollar contract later in his career.
