Got this from my fantasy football site (CBS Sportsline).
Could be a smoke-screen by Marvin to force our coaches to prepare for both Palmer and Fitzpatrick.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB CIN
News: A quote from Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis on Tuesday seemed to indicate that QB Ryan Fitzpatrick would start again in Week 5 at Dallas. "If Ryan Fitzpatrick is the guy as we go forward this week, we go into it a little differently," coach Marvin Lewis said. "That's the way we'll have to approach it. More than likely, the coaches will have to prepare to play with Fitzpatrick, and everybody has to understand that. There will be some things that we can do differently, right from the outset." A final decision on the starter won't be made until late in the week.
Analysis: Carson Palmer said Monday he plans to play in Week 5, but the coaching staff in Cincy will have the final say and they apparently are leaning to giving their star QB one more week to recover from an elbow injury. Don't plan on using Fitzpatrick if he gets the call against Dallas, as the Cowboys can give even the best QB fits.
