Half this board would lose its lunch if we didn't go defense at 28, but SI's latest mock has us taking the Wiscy tackle. Would start Day 1 and be an upgrade over the retired Free. I like it but don't really expect him to be available at that pick. Thoughts?

Doubt he makes it to 28, as the OP alluded to, but I'd be perfectly fine with it. The sad reality is that we now have a need at RT, and our entire identity is built on the OL as its foundation. I know defense is the priority, but we can't get complacent on offense either.

Not to mention, Dak showed a propensity for being blind to pressure off that right side. Most of his sack/fumbles came when he didn't feel the pressure there.

Regardless, I wouldn't be upset if we took an OT in the first. We seem to have done a good job lately in the first so I'll trust McClay/Jones gang on whoever they pick in the first, and be skeptical in the 2nd lol.
