If we loose Wilcox and Church, expect Peppers to be a priority draft pick.
I think he will be high on there board, and is a very strong contender for #28, but they are high on Frazer. Had him graded as a 3rd I believe.

We will take a guy like Peppers if he is there and the grade matches up ( he may, and it will IMO) but I dont think they will force a Safety pick

He might be gone by the 28th pick, though.

He will be, but without any starting caliber safties, is a hole in the bow,,, you have no choice at that point,, sink the ship, or plug the hole.
Don't see that answer in FA, so make a logical assumption.

Please no!

And how would stasheroo correct this issue,,,
Heath, maybe we convert Jones over, and confuse the kid,, he can handle it, we have done that before,,, your a corner, no, safety, no corner,,, wait,, your confused at your position,,,
Not trying to make fun, just pointing out a positional group now void of any upgrade potential other than high priority draft pick.

I'd see what a guy like Frazier that I drafted last year has.

And if need be, bargain hunt for a guy to compete.

But I'm not spending my 1st rounder on a guy without a defined role.

Everbody on planet Cowboys thanks we are drafting DE early,,, lol,,,
Cowboys are letting Church and Wilcox walk, and we will be nailing multiple DB picks early,,, its a rich draft for those guys,,, we are cashing in,, probably pissing off a lot of homers, but cash in while the stakes are in your favor.
DBs are stud this year, you can rebuild your entire secondary with rookie contracts, its affordable, and stud central,, time to cash in,,, just watch fellas,,, don't be mad.

I know he was terrible bust in NO, but he was awesome in BUF only 3 years ago. In 5 years in BUF he had 22 interceptions. Is only 30 years old. If we lose Church and Wilcox, he would be nice competition for Heath/Frazier, or at a minimum, good veteran depth.
He had to suffer thru Rob Ryan for 2 years. Cant blame him really.

It's looking like we're letting Wilcox and Church go. I hope to God the FO have something up their sleeve on filling that position and he might be the answer

Jones/Heath

After watching Jones at FS last year, in my mind, he gives us more value at CB.

Were there more than a handful of plays that he made that Heath couldnt have. In fact Rogers last pass to TE on sideline, why--do I think Heath would've ball hawked that much better, just by his 2 Int during the game (1 negated by penalty)............
